Implementation of documented Quality Management System will enable RADCO to meet all applicable customer, statutory and regulatory requirements consistently and enhance customer satisfaction. Documented Quality Management System comprise following documents Quality Management Manual for effective control and implementation Business Process Operation Contract Quality Plan, Method Statements / Work Instructions as applicable Quality Formats & Records. Purpose of QMS documents is to: Document Mission & Vision Document the commitment of the management Communicate with the employees Ensure consistency, reliability in products delivered and impartiality in services rendered Improve awareness among employees on the QMS requirements and enhance effective implementation Meet contractual requirements consistently. All employees are encouraged to provide suggestions for improvement of the quality management system documents with respect to the contractual requirement and applicable statutory / regulatory requirements and to ensure effective implementation with adequacy to changing market environment. QMS documents are identified and controlled as per Quality Management System Procedure (Document & Data Control).

The HSE plan is a tool to improve HSE standards and achieve our goal is: No Harm to People, No damage to the Assets and Environment, Effective Control of All Identifiable Risks. This document gives an overview of all activities performed during execution of the contract, hazards associated with such activities & controls that may be required to put in place to execute the contract in a safe & efficient manner. The objective for the company is to manage HSE to prevent all injuries and damage to assets and the environment and to ensure good levels of health and security. Efficient use of natural resources and energy sources is required, aimed at resource conservation and minimisation of discharges during construction. HSE Management System

The “RADCO HSE Plan” forms part of the “RADCO Project HSE Construction Management Programme” and will be revised to include the requirements of all relevant client’s documents. The construction activities shall be in line with the provisions of the companies and client’s HSE principles and policies. Compliance with local legal requirements, policies and standards issued by company, site regulations, international norms and standards is mandatory.
