Documented Quality Management System comprise following documents Quality Management Manual for effective control and implementation Business Process Operation Contract Quality Plan, Method Statements / Work Instructions as applicable Quality Formats & Records. Purpose of QMS documents is to: Document Mission & Vision Document the commitment of the management Communicate with the employees Ensure consistency, reliability in products delivered and impartiality in services rendered Improve awareness among employees on the QMS requirements and enhance effective implementation Meet contractual requirements consistently. All employees are encouraged to provide suggestions for improvement of the quality management system documents with respect to the contractual requirement and applicable statutory / regulatory requirements and to ensure effective implementation with adequacy to changing market environment.
